4 days in Tokyo!

Kristin and i jetted off to tokyo over the lunar holidays to enjoy 4 wonderful days that i will never forget!
After a blissfully short flight of two hours we arrived in Tokyo! We were immediately hit with the largest crowds of people i've ever seen. I thought the seoul subway during rush hour was crazy...it has nothing on tokyo. Tokyo is a city full of creativity and individuality which kristin & i really appreciated and enjoyed. I would defiantly rate tokyo was one of my top favourite cities and will for sure be visiting again!

Kristin skillfully smuggled her delicious korean apple all the way to tokyo, apple success!

Our hostel "Khoasan Tokyo Original" in Asakusa had a wonderful lookout across the river, making up for the fact it was the size of a closet hehe The owners of the hostel are beyond helpful and so friendly! i would defiantly recommend this hostel!

After our interesting night in Roppongi which promises "happy endings" we woke up early and decided to spend our first day exploring Harajuku. Kristin and i were more than excited to spend the day chasing around Harajuku girls trying to get pictures of them. I was so impressed with the creativity and confidence of the Harajuku girls. Harajuku was for sure my favourite area of Tokyo!

It was the first time kristin and i went to a rotating sushi restaurant, pretty great!!!!
After a day in the cold kristin & 1 thought starting the night off with some sake was a wonderful idea. Of course we picked a place where the sake overflows into a bowl...which of course your expected to finish. we had no problems with that.

apparently kristin and i attract older men who enjoy feeding us omelettes...who would have known?

Kristin & i met Hsiang-ming hu at a bar on our last night in tokyo! he's awesome and super friendly! (thanks for great night in tokyo, we'll show you seoul when you visit!)

Tokyo was one the craziest cities i've visited, i will forever remember my stay in tokyo and will most likely be making my way back sometime soon! ^^
